SYMPTOM:
When using the Strategy Narrowcast Server 9.x Object Remapping Tool to connect to Narrowcast object repository, the following error occurs when clicking the "Next" button.
CAUSE:
This is a database specific error. One of the possible causes is that prefix of the Narrowcast object table is not entered correctly.
ACTION:
Check Subscription Book Prefix from Strategy Narrowcast Administrator > System Configuration as below:
