CAUSE:

One possible cause is that receivers of mobile subscriptions have no "Execute analysis or document" privilege.

ACTION:

Edit users who need to receive the mobile subscriptions in Strategy Developer and make privilege "Execute analysis or document" in Common Privileges checked as shown below:
