SYMPTOM:
When editing a document in Strategy Developer, changing the font of an object on a grid to a particular font style using the drop down font selector on the formatting tool bar does not maintain the font change. When the document is executed, the object does not display in the selected font. When returning to edit mode, the drop down font selector now displays blank.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Developer.
ACTION:
Contact Strategy Technical Support for an update on the status of this issue.
WORKAROUND:
Editing the document with a machine running Strategy Developer on a Windows 7 OS has been seen to allow the user to select the desired font.
