Modifying Wait.jsp via the Web Customization Editor breaks the execution of Reports and Documents when they enter the Processing state. When a report or document is then executed in Web and it enters the Processing state, the report / document doesn't render and a blank page is shown to the user.

SYMPTOM:
 
Modifying Wait.jsp via the Web Customization Editor breaks the execution of Reports and Documents when they enter the Processing state. When a report or document is then executed in Web and it enters the Processing state, the report / document doesn't render and a blank page is shown to the user.
 
CAUSE:
 
This is a known defect in Strategy Web SDK 9.4.1.
 
ACTION:
 
Contact Strategy Technical Support for an update on this issue.
