SYMPTOM:
Administrators may receive administrative notification emails in Strategy 9.3.0 that gives an error message of "Skipped delivery content due to No data return."
An example of this email content is shown below:
The following entry will also be added to the DSSErrors.log file indicating that the delivery is skipped due to no data returned.
Distribution Service: MSIDeliveryEngine::Delivery: The report REPORTNAME does not return any data. Skip delivery.
CAUSE:
The delivery of an adminstrative notification email because of the "Skipped delivery content due to No data returned" error message is a known issue in Strategy 9.3.0.
ACTION:
This issue has addressed in Strategy 9.3.1. Upgrade to this version to take advantage of the fix.
