KB42022: "Some controls on this presentation can`t be activated. They might not be registered on this computer." Error Message Occurs When Opening a MicroStrategy Office Enabled PowerPoint Presentation.

SYMPTOM
The following error occurs when a user attempts to open a Strategy Office enabled PowerPoint presentation:
 

 
CAUSE
A possible cause may be due to a incomplete installation of Strategy Office on the client machine.
 
ACTION
Do a full uninstall and reinstall of Strategy Office on the cient machine.  A repair install will not resolve this issue.
