Stefan Zepeda

Salesforce Solutions Architect • Strategy

This issue leads to User Administrators being unable to modify new and existing users without security settings being changed by a full Administrator level user.

SYMPTOM:
Users added to the User Administrators group do not have ACLs to all users or the Everyone group by default leaving them unable to administer users in Strategy 9.4.x-10.x. This leads to User Administrators being unable to modify new and existing users without security settings being changed by a full Administrator level user.

CAUSE:
This is caused by the Everyone group missing ACLs from the User Administrators group that should be present.

ACTION:
Edit the properties of the Everyone group and add an entry for the User Administrators group with the desired permissions.
