KB42072: Resize column with zero width is not working in flash view mode when hierarchy is placed on the grid in MicroStrategy Web 9.2.1, 9.2.1m and 9.3.0.

SYMPTOM:
Resize column with zero width is not working in flash view mode when hierarchy is placed on the grid in Strategy Web 9.2.1, 9.2.1m and 9.3.0.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Create a report with "Product" hierarchy in the row, metric "cost", "Profit" in the column and Category in list (Movies, Music) as report filter as below:

• Save the report and convert it to document in Strategy Web. 
• Run the document in editable mode and right click the grid area>Properties and Formatting. Check the option of "Remove extra column" and click OK as below:

• The column of "Metric" is removed and the document is shown as below:

• Right click the grid>Resize Columns and Rows. Set the column width of "Category" to be fixed in 0 inches as below:

• Run the document in Express mode or Interactive mode and the column of "Category" is invisible as below:

• However, in Flash view mode, the column of "Category" is still visible as below:

   
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Web 9.2.1, 9.2.1m and 9.3.0. 
 
ACTION:
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
