SYMPTOM:
 
There is no "Create New Project" option when users right click on a 2 or 3-tier project source after login in Strategy Developer 9.4.x, as shown below:
 
 

• In 2-tier project source

• In 3-tier project source

 
CAUSE:
 
One possible cause for this issue is that Strategy Architect is not installed.
 
ACTION:
 
Check whether Strategy Architect is installed in License Manager. If not, modify the installation and make sure Strategy Architect is checked as shown below:
