This article explains that the 'Date' macro used by MicroStrategy Distribution Services always follows the pattern YYYY-MM-DD and cannot be customized.

SYMPTOM
The date macro %%Date%% or {&Date} in file name always display the date format as YYYY-MM-DD when creating a subscription using Strategy Distribution Services 9.x - 10.x, as shown below:

CAUSE
The date macro currently cannot be customized and always follows the pattern YYYY-MM-DD.
