"Value Close() cannot be called while doing CreateHandle()." error message appears when moving objects in MicroStrategy Object Manager.
SYMPTOM:
When moving objects across projects by dragging and dropping in Object Manager 9.3.0, users see this error:
Value Close() cannot be called while doing CreateHandle().
CAUSE:
This issue may be caused by a faulty installation.
ACTION:
Please use Health Center Component Registration system check to validate the Strategy installation. A fresh or repair installation may be needed in some cases.
