SYMPTOM:
When creating reports in Enterprise Manager, with some combinations of the attributes Intelligent Cube, Cube Action Type, Hour, Minute, Day, and Calendar Week, the report does not return any data even though with other date or time attributes, the report runs and data is returned.
Examples of combinations of these attributes that do not return any data:
Intelligent Cube - Cube Action Type - Hour
Cube Action Type - Minute
Cube Action Type - Hour
and whenever Day and/or Calendar Week attribute is used
CAUSE:
This is a defect in the Enterprise Manager schema. With the particular combination of attributes, an incorrect join is being made to the IS_REP_FACT table which is resulting in a loss of data.
ACTION:
Contact Strategy Technical Support for update of this issue.
WORKAROUND:
To create reports with the same information, use metrics RP Number of Cube Publishes, RP Number of Cube Republishes and RP Number of Cube Refreshes, etc instead of the Cube Action Type attribute.
