KB42198: An out-of-compliance error occurs for too many Object Manager licenses in MicroStrategy 10.x

SYMPTOM:
The following error message occurs when Strategy 10.x is in compliance:

CAUSE:
The out-of-compliance error occurs from a security role that is applied to a group. The security role has certain privileges, usually for Object Manager, which apply to the security role and cause the out-of-compliance error.
ACTION:
Delete the security role and re-apply it to the respective group.
