SYMPTOM
When the License Manager in the Strategy 9.x is opened, an empty or grey window is shown instead of showing information for Installed Products, Audit, License Administration and Installation History. Only the title bar is displayed in a blank window as shown below:
CAUSE
The behavior file (mstr.bhv) is corrupted or missing. For Windows operating system machines, the mstr.bhv file is usually located under the path C:\Program Files\Common Files\Strategy.
ACTION
There are three ways to resolve this issue:
1. Restore the mstr.bhv file from backup.
2. Repair the Strategy installation.
3. Reinstall the Strategy product suite.
