SYMPTOM
When users try to launch the Web API Reference through the Web Customization Editor, the following error occurs "Cannot find 'file://..Strategy/SDK/docs//ReferenceFiles/Index.html'. Make sure path or Internet address is correct."
This issue only occurs when the following Preference Developer Library Location is set within the Strategy Web Customization Editor plugin within Eclipse:

This is a known issue with Strategy Web Customization Editor 9.3.0.
ACTION

To work around this issue, check the box to Use Strategy Developer Library Online:

If that is the case, the user can go to the following physical location ..\MicroStrategy\SDK\docs\ReferenceFiles on their machine and execute the index.html file.
