KB42322: When prompt answer is provided by an import file which include more than 4 values an "OR" operator appears in the filter detail section of the report with MicroStrategy Web

SYMPTOM:
When prompt answer is provided by an import file which include more than four values an "OR" appears in the filter detail section of the report, which is incorrect.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

• Create a report with an attribute qualification prompt with import filter option enabled.
• Create a text file that has 4 or more values in it.
• Execute the report on Web and import values from the file as the prompt answer.

• Check the filter details and prompt details of the report. Notice that "OR" operator is added before the last value of the prompt answer.
  

CAUSE:
This is working as designed. "or" used in the description section is not an operator, but just a description of the condition.
 

 
ACTION:
No action required because SQL is generated with "IN" operator and there is no "OR" operator used.
