How to send the Project Documentation HTML file?

Symptom:
 
The user would like to send the HTML file generated by Project Documentation.
 
Action:
 
1. Follow the steps of the Project Duplication Wizard to generate the HTML file and choose a folder where the HTML file will be generated.
 
2. Browse to this folder location
 
3. In the folder location, there will be an HTML file with the name of the project source as seen below. This is the project Documentation HTML file.

4. In the same folder location, there will be a folder with the name of the project used in Project Documentation as seen below. This folder will have the same date modified as the Project Documentation HTML file

5. In order for the recipient to view the Project Documentation HTML file, they will also need the folder. Send both the HTML file and the folder to the desired recipients.
 
6. The recipients will need to place the HTML file and the folder in the same folder location on their machine. The recipient will be able to open and view the Project Documentation HTML file.
