Franklin Silva

This Knowledge Base article describes a known issue where in order to reduce the number of attribute elements when answering a prompt of attribute element, in this case, a prompt of date, it's possible to search by an abbreviated form by omitting a field, such as day or day and month. In this given scenario, no attribute elements return when performing this search. Also, it's included a workaround.

ACTION
Currently this issue is still being reviewed for feasibility by our Technology team and it is not scoped for any upcoming scheduled Strategy release.
WORKAROUND
As workaround, enter with a text before the abbreviated date, i.e. xx, 01.2017.
