This applies to modifying the attribute form displayed on reports when attribute elements are used in a consolidation.
First, modify the Attribute's Browsing Form.
Find the attribute in question and right-click and choose Edit.
Choose the Display tab and modify the attribute form listed in the Browse Forms.
Now when creating the consolidation the form displayed will be the Browse form picked by the user. To change the form that is displayed in the consolidation the element must be readded into the consolidation object. Changing it in the Attribute itself will not automatically modify the form displayed in the consolidation. In short, the consolidation will display the Browse form of the Attribute at the time it was added to the consolidation. Further changes made to the attribute will not affect the form displayed in the consolidation.
