This Knowledge Base article describes an issue that occurs in MicroStrategy Mobile App for iPhone 10.7 due to an incompatibility with iOS. Also, it's included the solution.

SYMPTOM
In Strategy Mobile App for iPhone 10.7, the following compatibility warning message shows up after installing from Apple Store and launching application:


Compatibility Problem. The version of this application is incompatible with one or more of the Strategy Mobile Server(s). Please update the application to a more recent version.

There is no option to update the installed application in Apple Store what indicates the respective version is already installed.
Checking the device, the installed application version is 10.1.0100.0008, as shown:

CAUSE
In this specific reported scenario, the iOS version was not confirmed but there was an update for iOS, available. After applying the iOS update, this warning message no longer shows up, the application was launched with success with the version number 10.7.
ACTION
Upgrade the iOS version based on the compatibility information available in Apple Store.
