The connection to the project has been lost or the administrator has logged you out of the project. All the open windows for this project will be closed.
This error message is received when the project is in 3-tier mode.
POSSIBLE CAUSE:The project's 'user session idle time (sec)' is set to a low number, which disconnects the user from the project more quickly than a moderate or long idle time setting would.
ACTION:- Right- click on the Project Source and select Configure Strategy Intelligence Server. The Strategy Intelligence Server Configuration window appears.
- In the Intelligence Server Configuration window, select Governing > General.
- Set User session idle time to -1 or to a higher time setting than it had been previously. The value -1 is the default setting and allows the user an infinite amount of time to maintain an idle connection to Strategy Intelligence Server.
