SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Mobile 10.7 for iOS, the axis labels of graphs in documents failed to render the custom formatting, which works fine in Strategy Web
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1) Create a report with Category and Revenue
2) Create a document and add the above report as the dataset
3) Create a Grid with Category and Revenue
4) Switch to Editable mode and change the format of Revenue to custom: ###,###,
5) Change the Grid to Bar graph and set the number format to inherit from grid.
6) Save and run the document in web, the axis label value display as expected
7) Run the document from 10.7 app on iPad, the axis label value lost the format
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Mobile 10.7 for iOS
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed in Strategy Mobile 10.8.
