ANSWER:
Only the user (and contacts/addresses associated with that user) that created the Intelligent Cube refresh subscription can receive a notification email about the refresh. This is a single-user subscription.
An enhancement request has been logged with Strategy for the capability to send an Intelligent Cube refresh notification email to multiple recipients. Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
