KB426505: ‘XXX_info.rwdc does not exist’ error message is logged to DSSError.log when the intelligence server is starting on one node in cluster environment.

‘[Document Server][Error] RWDCacheManager: /MSTR/IntelligenceServer/Caches/ServerMachineName_P1A9EE1EF4942A75A7BFFA6ADB432C549 /RWDCache/95B8D40E11E5DAE4EC1E0080EF355B29_info.rwdc does not exist’ error logged into DSSError.log when starting I-server in one node in Cluster environment, even the cache were correctly shared.

SYMPTOM:
‘[Document Server][Error] RWDCacheManager: /MSTR/IntelligenceServer/Caches/ServerMachineName_P1A9EE1EF4942A75A7BFFA6ADB432C549
/RWDCache/95B8D40E11E5DAE4EC1E0080EF355B29_info.rwdc does not exist’ error is logged into DSSError.log when the intelligence server is starting on one node in Cluster environment, even though the cache is set to share correctly.
REPRODUCE STEPS:

The cache settings checked on project level are as below:
- Enable report server caching
- Enable Document Output Caching in Selected Formats
- PDF
- Excel
- HTML
- XML/Flash/HTML5
- All
- Enable caching for non-prompted reports and documents.
- Enable XML caching for reports
Set up a 2-node cluster and make sure sharing is setup correctly
Run a document from any node to create the document cache
Shutdown the node which doesn't create the cache

Restart the server in step 4 again and errors similar to below are logged.

Cause:
This is a known issue in 10.x
Action:
This issue is fixed in Strategy 10.4.4 and 10.8. Upgrade to take the fix.
