KB426572: Error message 'WebPage cannot be found' appears when users are exporting the report with a Chinese name to excel in IE with a Tomcat Web server.

Symptom:
When users export a report with Chinese name to excel or PDF in IE with a Tomcat Web server, an error "HTTP 400 Bad Request " and the description 'Web page cannot be found' show in Web, as showed below

There is no error message logged in DSSError.log or Web log. While in Fiddler log and Tomcat access log, users find below record.

Cause:
This is a known issue in Strategy. The report name which contains Chinese characters is inserted in the export URL, which cannot be handled by Tomcat.
Action:
This issue is fixed in Strategy 10.8 and Strategy 10.4.4.
