In Strategy 9.3.0 Defects and Enhancements (KB40110) a new privilege was added to the Object Manager Section. This new privilege is called "Use Object Manager Read-only". Strategy released the ability of Read-Only Mode in Strategy (KB34610). This new privilege will allow the user to create Object Manager Packages which can be imported into another environment. The privilege can be found below.
This new privilege will not allow the selection of the "Use Object Manager" simultaneously due to the privilege granting full access to Object Manager while the other one restricts the user from modifying the environment. This privilege does use one Strategy Object Manager License if selected. However, a request to have the ability to use just Strategy Architect to have the ability to create Packages.
