"The following Catalog Tables were not found in the Warehouse. Please select the tables you want to remove...." message occurs when using MicroStrategy Architect 9.x.

SYMPTOM:
The message below is shown in Strategy Architect as soon as it is opened, indicating that some tables were not found in the Warehouse. However, the same tables can be accessed via the Warehouse Catalog in Strategy Developer.

CAUSE:
There may be a discrepancy between the Warehouse Catalog SQL in Strategy Developer and the Warehouse Catalog SQL in Strategy Architect,  i.e. some table prefixes may be missing or incorrect.

ACTION:
1. Open WH Catalog, go to Options > Catalog > Read Settings, click ‘Settings’ button, check the SQL and make a copy of it in
     Notepad.

2. Open Strategy Architect, right mouse click  the Project DB instance, select Warehouse Catalog Options, go to Catalog > Read
Settings, click ‘Settings’ button and compare the SQL with the one copied in Notepad.

3. If any difference is noticed, first back up the SQL found in Strategy Architect, then copy and paste the SQL from Strategy Developer to Strategy Architect. Save and close. After re-opening Strategy Architect, no error message should appear.
