This technical note describes a known limitation in Strategy Command Manager 10.x and above where the Command Manager script “List_Server_Config_Properties_Outline” under the 'Server_Configuration_Outlines' folder does not return a complete list of settings for Server configuration.
When running the script “List_Server_Config_Properties_Outline” in Strategy Command Manger to return configuration details of the Server, the results returned are missing settings from the Intelligence Server configuration. The following Intelligence Server configuration settings are missing from the Command Manager output:
Server Definition -> Security
Server Definition -> Change Journaling
Server Definition -> Advanced -> "Cache lookup cleanup frequency (sec)"
Statistics -> Purge:
Governing Rules -> Default -> General: Missing "Maximum number of interactive jobs" & "Maximum number of scheduled jobs"
This is a known limitation in Strategy Command Manager 10.x where the “List_Server_Config_Properties_Outline” script does not return the full settings in the Intelligence Server configuration.
Currently this issue is being reviewed by Strategy for a potential code fix in an upcoming Strategy release. Contact Strategy Technical Support for the latest update on this issue.
