Error "The Web Server encountered an unknown runtime error" is yielded in MicroStrategy Web

SYMPTOM:
Error "The Web Server encountered an unknown runtime error" is yielded in Strategy Web. The user cannot access Strategy Web hosted on Microsoft IIS web server. The error is shown as below:

The Web Server encountered an unknown runtime error. An error has occurred on this page.

 
When reviewing the "view source" of this error message, the following error is shown:

System.Web.HttpCompileException: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\MicroStrategy\52a35344\a66a30d1\App_Web_empty.ascx.c4da9bd.ao6konze.0.vb(40): error BC30456

 
CAUSE:
The compiled ASP.Net pages are corrupted in IIS server.
 
ACTION:

  1. Stop IIS server.
  2. Delete the files in C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\MicroStrategy\. The location varies according to installation directory and ASP.Net version.
  3. Restart IIS server
