User object 'username' (ID: xxxx) cannot be deleted because other objects depend on it.
The user object does not have visible dependencies from Strategy Desktop.
CAUSE:The user cannot be deleted because it has at least one dependent schedule request. At some point some subscriptions were created for those users but they were not deleted completely, leaving the invalid references behind.
ACTION:A ScanMD custom test is available to address the issue. Contact Strategy Technical Support for further assistance.
