The following describes how to recover Usher Identity badge from a phone.
Recovering a badge
1. Tap on the Settings button at the top right of the multi-badge view screen. From the settings menu, tap on the Badge Recovery option.
4. Enter the email address associated with the badge you are attempting to recover. Tap on the Submit button.
5. You will receive an email from usher@usher.com with a link to get your badge. Be sure to open this email on the Mobile device you have the Usher Identity app installed on.
6. Tapping on the Get Your Badge button from the email will load your badge in the Usher Identity app.
