Starting from Strategy Mobile 9.3.1, there is a download progress bar on Android devices if one of the following condition is met:
- When the app is launched and new subscription caches are being downloaded during the reconcile.
- When the app is launched and contents from pre-cached folders are being downloaded.
- When subscriptions are being synchronized in the background.
The download progress bar is in the Android notification panel as shown below:
