QueryEngine encounter error: Connect failed.
Error type: Odbc error. Odbc operation attempted.
SQLDriverConnect.
Cannot load trust store. Connection String: DSN=XXXX;UID=XXXX;..
Error in Process method of Component: QueryEngineServer.
Project XXXX, Job XXX, Error
Code=-2147212544

CAUSE:

This error is encountered when the OBDC driver used to connect to the database is configured for SSL Encryption but the database does not use SSL Encryption or the ODBC driver is not configured correctly.

ACTION:

For DSNs created in Linux/UNIX environments, ensure that the EncryptionMethod parameter is configured correctly in the odbc.ini file:

If SSL Encryption is not used, the EncryptionMethod parameter must be set to zero in the odbc.ini file as shown below:

EncryptionMethod=0

If SSL Encryption is used, the EncryptionMethod parameter must be set to one in the odbc.ini file as shown below:

EncryptionMethod=1

For DSNs created in Windows, the Encryption Method must be set correctly in the Security tab of the driver settings. This can be found at ODBC Administrator > System DSN > Configure > Security. If the database does support SSL Encryption, ensure that the Trust Store settings are configured correctly.
