What user rights does the Microsoft Windows User need to have to run MicroStrategy Developer

Strategy Developer has been tested to run as a user with full administrator access since they have complete and unrestricted access to the computer/domain. Users have been able to run Strategy Developer on their machine without full Administrative rights. If an end user experiences an issue that the full Windows Administrator user does not, then too many restrictions on the user have been put in place. Strategy Technical Support will have you test a user account running full administrative access since the program is designed to run as a full administrator
 
If the user has some limitation to the environment but has the ability to run the program as administrator they can use Microsoft User Account Control (UAC) to Run as administrator as shown below.
