Error: QueryEngine encountered error: Fetch.
Error type: Odbc success with info. Odbc operation attempted: SQLFetch. Fractional truncation.

CAUSE:
The error message "Fractional truncation" indicates that data in the reports containing a fraction was truncated when fetching. A possible cause of this error message is the scale of the data is not correctly specified.
Scale means the number of digits to the right of the decimal point used to define a number. The scale of a data type must be less than or equal to the precision for the data type. For example, the number 1234.56789 has a scale of five and a precision of nine. For detailed information regarding scale, user may refer to Project Design product manual

ACTION:
User may open the DSN to check if columns in the csv file are correctly defined. Take "Cost" in following screenshot as an example, if "Cost" has value like
13496.83
"Scale" there should be defined as 2 (or greater)

After Scale was modified and saved, the report can run successfully.
