SYMPTOM:
Enterprise Manager data load failed in the middle of fact migration, and MSTRMigration has following entry:
Fact Migration: Transaction 9 of 14; Sequence 1 of 1.
Error executing SQL :Execute Query failed.
Error type: Odbc error. Odbc operation attempted: SQLExecDirect. Unknown error: SQLCODE -289 For more information, please consult DB2 document for error code SQL0289.INSERT INTO IS_REP_FACT
CAUSE: SQL0289 is the error returned by DB2. There is a table space issue found during the fact migration.

In this particular example, the DBA saw the tablespace has reached its maximum limit of 128 GB (a regular 8k tablespace in DB2 can grow till 128 GB). The way of fixing this issue would be converting this regular 8k tablespace to large tablespace.
