This KB article discusses an expected behaviour with scrolling in Mobile iOS

SYMPTOM:
For the instructions given below:

  1. Create a new iPhone document.
  2. Place two attributes on the Grouping Panel.
  3. Add these attributes to the document's Header.
  4. Add related metrics to the Detail Header Section.
  5. Set the Grouping Properties of both attributes to "No Page-By (All Only)".

The user expects to see a continuous vertical scroll, as shown in Web, but the Mobile Client application creates page breaks.

CAUSE:
The Mobile Client page breaks were introduced for the "All" selection in order to avoid application crashes that may occur when there is a large amount of data to be displayed.

ACTION:
This behavior is by design.

WORKAROUND:
For iOS applications, the use of the collection view widget can be used to leverage continuous scrolling: Collection View Widget Documentation
