KB43893: "Searching for "attribute@attribute_form" returned more than one match" error message when creating a security filter in Command Manager 9.x.

SYMPTOM
When trying to create a security filter using Strategy Command Manager 9.3.1, even though the script syntax is valid, following error message is thrown:

ka04W000000OeXEQA0_0EM4400000029aM.png

(Searching for 'Category@Category_ID' returned more than one match.)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. In Strategy Desktop, copy the attribute \Schema Objects\Attributes\Products\Category and paste it in \Schema Objects\Attributes.
2. In Strategy Command Manager, use the Create_Security_Filter_Outline outline to have a script similar to the following:

CREATE SECURITY FILTER "Test" FOLDER "\Public Objects\Test" IN PROJECT "Strategy Tutorial" EXPRESSION "Category@Category_ID = 01";

3. Validate this expression and notice that it has a valid syntax.
4. Run that script and see the error message.

CAUSE
This is working as designed. Although the script syntax is correct when it is executed, it will search the whole project for an attribute with the name provided in the EXPRESSIONsection fo that script so if there is ..\Attributes\Category and ..\Attributes\Products\Category the script execution is ended and the error message is shown.

ACTION
Make sure there are no duplicated attributes or attributes with the same name in the project where the security filter is to be created.
