ka02R000000kUy4QAE_0EM44000000QChV.png

Connection failed: Unable to find path to the certification target. Please verify that the path to the certification is correct and restart the Strategy Web server.

CAUSE
Intelligence Server TLS/SSL certificate failed. This can have various root causes.
ACTION
1. Ensure that the certificate chain of the server certificate of Strategy Intelligence Server has been imported into a trust store and the trust store has been specified in MWSconfig.properties (configuration file can be found inside the Strategy Web Services deployment folder root)

## TLS with Intelligence Server ##
#Whether to enable TLS/SSL for communications with the Intelligence Server.
TLS_INTELLIGENCE_SERVER=false
#Location of truststore (relative to application)
TLS_INTELLIGENCE_SERVER_TRUSTSTORE=WEB-INF/truststore.jks
#Trust store password
TLS_INTELLIGENCE_SERVER_TRUSTSTORE_PWD=

2. Ensure that the trust store physical location is [WebServices_deployment_folder]/WEB-INF
3. Ensure that the common name attribute (issued to) of the Intelligence Server server certificate corresponds to the Intelligence Server name specified inside projectsources.xml:

<ProjectSource>
		<ProjectSourceName>Strategy Tutorial</ProjectSourceName>
		<ServerName>FQDN or machine name exactly like CN attribute in server certificate</ServerName>
		<AuthMode>MWSStandard</AuthMode>
		<PortNumber>I_SERVER_SSL_PORT</PortNumber>
		<MaxPooledConnections>100</MaxPooledConnections>
	</ProjectSource>
