SYMPTOM
‘R install is not found’ error appears when executing a report containing metrics with forecast using R in Strategy 10.x:
CAUSE
This error might be caused by 32-bit R installation on the server. When report is executed in Web, Intelligence Server creates a 64-bit child process in order to call R function to perform metric's calculation. So, the error occurs when the child process calls to a 64-bit R package which is not installed on the machine.
ACTION
Please note, that Strategy Intelligence Server 10.x is a 64-bit application, so 64-bit of R should be used.
Also, check if 64-bit R installation path is correct under:
H_Key_Local_Machine > Software > R-core
