Manager, Cloud Support • MicroStrategy

Error 'Cannot find the time associated with the xxx'' appers when a script runs in Command Manager 10.4

SYMPTOM:
Whenusers run a script containing a timestamp in Command Manager 10.4, error message as below appears:

ka02R000000kV4CQAU_0EM44000000QD6a.png

Cannot find the time associated with the 21/8/17 8:51:30 AM.

CAUSE:
In the client machine, Region format is set to be "English (Singapore)", whose date format is DD/MM/YYYY. However Command Manager 10.4 displays date using format English (United States), which is MM/DD/YYYY. Thus 21/8/17 8:51:30 AM is recognized as a un-associated timestamp, as value of month should not be great than 12.
ACTION:
Change the Region format to be English (United States) through Control Panel.
