KB439417: "Object with ID 'xxx' and type 34 (user) is not found in metadata. It may have been deleted" Error Message is Displayed in Object Manager When Migrating a User with Delivery Address Using Drag and Drop.

SYMPTOM
When users try to migrate a Strategy user with delivery address from one environment to another using the drag and drop feature in object manager, they may get the below error message:

Object with ID 'xxx' and type 34 (user) is not found in metadata. It may have been deleted

CAUSE
This is a known issue in Strategy object manager 10.9. The issue only occur when using the drag and drop feature to migrate a user with delivery address from one environment to another.
WORKAROUND
Use object manager package to migrate the user instead of drag and drop.
ACTION
This issue has been fixed in Strategy 10.11, upgrade to this version to take advantage of the fix.
