SYMPTOM:
Users encounter a loop where they get redirected between Strategy Web and the IdP login page after logging into Strategy Web using SAML authentication.
CAUSE:
A possible cause is that the Assertion Consumer Service URL on the IdP side is incorrectly configured to the Strategy web page, e.g.

http(s)://WebServer/StrategyApplicationName/servlet/mstrWeb

ACTION:
Modify the Assertion Consumer Service URL on the IdP side to

http(s)://WebServer/StrategyApplicationName/saml/SSO
