About getServerProperties, it is a new task in 10.x.
It is used to return the server properties associated for a given Intelligence Server, per below documentation:
https://www2.microstrategy.com/producthelp/Current/WebAPIReference/com/microstrategy/web/app/tasks/GetServerPropertiesTask.html

In details, below is currently what can be fetched by this task:
If serverOptions is not specified, it would get 200 if the given Intelligence server is running.
Sample result:

<taskResponse statusCode="200">{}</taskResponse>

If serverOptions=6 is added, besides above information,  it would also get the version for given Intelligence Server (vr) and  the minimum version of Strategy Desktop this server supports(ocv).
Sample results:

<taskResponse statusCode="200">
{"vr":"10400","ocv":10000}
</taskResponse>

 It means the given intelligence server is 10.4 version and it supports Strategy Desktop 10.0 or above.
