KB439535: In MicroStrategy Mobile iPad Application 10.x, opening a document with " Export to Excel" mode opens. a Interactive document.

This knowledge base article describes the limitation in MicroStrategy Mobile App in iPad, which opens a document as an Interactive document, even when it is set to open by default " Export to excel" mode.

In Web: 
When you open a document with default view " Export to excel", it downloads the document and prompts to be opened in excel as shown in the screenshot.

And when clicked "ok" , it opens the document in Excel as shown in this screenshot.

In Mobile: 
When you open the same document in Strategy mobile app, it opens the document as an interactive document as shown in the screenshot.

CAUSE: 
Strategy Mobile App only support " Export to PDF".  This is a current limitation. 
ACTION:
Currently this feature is still being reviewed for feasibility by our Technology team and it is not scoped for any upcoming scheduled Strategy release.
