In Strategy 10.x, you can allow users to view and edit their business data in a Transaction Services-enabled document displayed on an iPhone, iPad, or Android device, using the options in the Configure Transactions Editor. To do so, you must link a Transaction Services report to a grid or to text fields in a panel stack. If the document is being displayed on an iOS device, you can link the report to the cells of a transaction table. Data from the input objects defined in the Transaction Services report is displayed in the grid, text fields, or cells for users to edit.
Users can use Transaction Services-enabled documents to interact with the data in Presentation Mode in Strategy Web, and when viewed on an iPhone, iPad, or Android device with Strategy Mobile.
In Strategy Mobile iOS, in offline mode, when a transaction is submitted, it gets updated in the target dataset even when it is in offline mode. But in Strategy Mobile Android OS, local transactions are not updated when in offline. Once the app gets back to online mode, the values get updated.
CAUSE:
This is a limitation in Strategy Mobile Android App.
