SYMPTOM:
On an Apple iPhone X, the Strategy Mobile App version 10.10 does not display on full screen. A narrow black space is seen at the top and bottom of the app as shown below.
CAUSE:
This is a limitation in Strategy Mobile 10.10. The Launch Image that Strategy uses was not specifically designed for the iPhone X. However, this has been logged internally to enhance the capabilities to match the resolution of the iPhone X.
ACTION:
Currently this issue is still being reviewed for feasibility by our Technology team and is not scoped for any upcoming scheduled Strategy release.
