SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Office 9.x, when open an Excel workbook contains a prompted report with option "reuse prompt answers" is enabled, the report prompt always popped out.
EXPLANATION:
This is an expected behavior. Prompt answers are only reused during the same session. Upon close and open an Excel workbook, a new session is created thus the prompt answers from previous session is not valid and the prompt is popped out again.
