Report Services Document does not re-size on a 12.9-inch iPad with MicroStrategy Library 10.9 and 10.10.

Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.

Description

With Strategy Library 10.9 and 10.10, users noted that when running a Report Services Document on a 12.9-inch iPad specifically, the document does not re-size accordingly to fit the screen. View the image below for the re-sizing issue:
 

• Document does not fill the entire screen
• White space to the right of the Report Service Document

Why is this happening?

This is a known issue in Strategy Library 10.9 and 10.10 when running on a 12.9 inch iPad.
Our engineers are working to enhance the overall Strategy experience for mobile.
 

Solution

This issue is fixed in Strategy Library 10.11. Please upgrade to this version to take advantage of the fix.
