Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
SYMPTOM:
Users are not able to upload images to comments within a dossier in Strategy Library 10.9.
CAUSE:
This is a current limitation of Strategy Library and the Collaboration server.
ACTION:
Post to the Idea’s Exchange to request this feature to be included in a future version of Strategy.
WORKAROUND:
Users can comment links to images in the collaboration window. KB440122
